How to set up Auto-Payment in One Connect

In order to set up Auto-Payment you will need a One Connect account. If you already have a One Connect Account, please skip ahead to step 1.

If you need to create a One Connect account, visit https://oneconnect.onecommunications.com/register.aspx. You will receive temporary login credentials via email at which point you can continue with Step 1.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to register you will need your most recent One Communications invoice. For help with registration, please call 800-962-2488 or email us.

Step 1: Log into One Connect 

a) Go to https://oneconnect.onecommunications.com 

b) Enter your username and password to log in.

PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first time logging in, you will now need to create a permanent username and password and choose a security question before continuing to Step 2.

 

Step 2: Add Your Credit Card or Bank Account Information

a) Once logged in, click on PAY BILL in the left-hand menu and then My Payment Options.

b) Once on the My Payment Options page, click the “Add Payment Option” link.

c) Select your method of payment*, enter your payment information and billing address and then hit the create button.
*Please enter the payment method that you would like to use for Auto-Payment. You can log back in at any time to edit this information.

d) If your information was entered correctly you will see the message “Your payment option has been successfully created.” If not, you will receive an error message explaining which information is incorrect; you must correct these errors before advancing to Step 3.

 

Step 3: Enroll in Auto-Payment

a) Click on Auto-Payment in the left-hand menu under PAY BILL.

b) Select the Credit Card or Bank Account you just entered as your payment method, read the terms and conditions and click the submit button.

c) Upon submitting your information, you should receive the following confirmation message: “Your auto-payment preferences have been updated. Automatic payments will now be made using the following payment method: (the payment method you selected will appear here).”

Congratulations: You have completed setting up automatic payments for your account!
