Jeffrey A. Thuringer

Mr. Thuringer is a Vice President at Värde Partners, Inc., a leading distressed and event driven investment management company. Mr. Thuringer joined Värde Partners in 2003 and has been involved in a number of corporate restructurings and has served on or been involved with various boards of directors in the power and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Värde, Mr. Thuringer worked as a corporate banker at various organizations most recently at U.S. Bancorp in its Corporate Banking division. Mr. Thuringer has Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Mr. Thuringer has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive certificate holder.
