Richard A. Roman

Mr. Roman is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Columbia Ventures Corporation, an investor in One Communications. Prior to the business combination forming One Communications, he served on Board of CTC Communications. Prior to joining Columbia Ventures in 1992, Mr. Roman was a partner in the Portland, Oregon office of Coopers & Lybrand. During his 17 years at Coopers he was also a resident in the firm's Boston and Paris offices. Mr. Roman is a graduate of Grinnell College and earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. Mr. Roman is a member of the Board of Directors of Northwest Pipe Company, a NASDAQ-listed company.
