Gregory Floerke

Executive Vice President, Operations & Engineering

Mr. Floerke is Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering for One Communications. In this role, Mr. Floerke is responsible for leading all operations and engineering functions including, switch operations, field operations, network engineering, network planning and optimization, service delivery, and the implementation of the company’s next generation network.

Previously, he served as the President of Gunther-Nash, a subsidiary of Alberci Corporation. Prior to Gunther-Nash, he held various senior management positions at MasTec, Inc. from 2003-2006, including Chief Operating Officer in 2005 – 2006. Mr. Floerke started his career with the Williams Companies in 1987 and worked for various Williams subsidiaries for more than 15 years. During his tenure at Williams, he worked in various engineering, project management, operations, and business development positions, including Sr. Vice President, Engineering and Construction for WilTel from 1998-2001, and SVP/GM of Managed Services, WilTel, in 2001-2002.

Mr. Floerke is has a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He completed the Harvard Business School PMD program in 2000. He currently serves as an advisory board member for the CSM Engineering and Technology Management graduate program. He has served as a CSM strategic steering committee member and has been actively involved in CSM fundraising initiatives for more than 20 years.
