Jim Prenetta

Executive Vice President, Legal and Compliance

Mr. Prenetta is Executive Vice President, Legal and Compliance for One Communications, with responsibility for all legal and regulatory compliance matters. He previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for CTC Communications. Prior to joining CTC in December 2003, Mr. Prenetta was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Viatel Holding (Bermuda) Limited and its predecessor Viatel, Inc., an international provider of integrated telecommunications services. Prior to joining Viatel, Mr. Prenetta was a partner in the securities practice group at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, New York, New York. Mr. Prenetta began his legal career as a legal associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, New York, New York. Mr. Prenetta has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and a law degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
