Linda S. Chapman

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Chapman is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for One Communications. She previously served as Choice One's Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She has run the Human Resources department at Choice One since joining the company in July 1998. She was previously the Director of Human Resources of ACC Corp's U.S. subsidiary, ACC Telecom, from June 1997 to July 1998. Prior thereto, Ms. Chapman held various HR management positions with MCI from 1994 through 1997 and worked in the lodging division of Marriott International from 1986 to 1994. She has a Master of Science in Human Resources from American University.
