Referral and Reward Program Terms and Conditions

The One Communications’ Referral and Reward Program is open to all current customers of One Communications (or its subsidiaries) who have entered into a service agreement with One Communications to receive, at a minimum, local telephone or data service (each such customer is defined as an “Existing Customer”).
Qualification Requirements
In order for an Existing Customer to qualify for the One Communications’ Referral and Reward Program’s 20% invoice credit (the “Referral Reward”), the following requirements must be met:
(i) Existing Customer must refer a prospect that is a valid business lead eligible to receive services, deemed on-net from One Communications;
(ii) Referral must be submitted through the One Communications online referral submission page.
(iii) Referral lead becomes a new bona fide customer pursuant to a service agreement of One Communications ("New Customers"). Sub-accounts, subsidiaries, parent entities, or other related entities of Existing Customer are not eligible for consideration as Referral leads and shall not be deemed New Customers;
(iv) New Customer must bill a minimum of $100 in eligible monthly recurring charges (MRCs) in its second month’s invoice from One Communications. Eligible and non-eligible MRCs are specified below;
(v) Existing Customer is a current One Communications customer both at the time of the referral and at the time that New Customer has received its second month’s invoice from One Communications;
(vi) Existing Customer must be in good standing with One Communications and have no invoices past due at the time of submitting the referral lead to this program; and
(vii) New Customer must not be or have been a customer of One Communications or any of its subsidiaries within the past ninety (90) days prior to the date of its referral by Existing Customer.
Referral Reward
When the aforementioned requirements have been met, One Communications will calculate the Existing and New Customer Referral Credits using the eligible MRCs from the referred customer’s (new customer) 2nd month invoice. The referring customer (existing One Communications’ customer) will receive a one-time credit equal to 20% of the eligible MRCs up to a maximum credit of $1,000.
Eligible MRCs include (i) voice and data MRCs and usage MRCs (such as call packs); and (ii) local access loop MRCs.
Non-Eligible MRCs or other non-eligible charges include (i) equipment lease MRCs; and (ii) non MRC usage, taxes and surcharges. Existing Customers must provide referrals through the One Communications web site or a One Communications sales representative. Referrals must be in accordance with the instructions on the online referral form. One Communications is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, lost, destroyed, stolen or undeliverable referral forms. Referral Rewards are non-transferable. Additional prizes may be available from time to time. One Communications reserves the right to modify any of the terms contained herein at anytime.
