One Communications' Carrier Services Extranet is a secure, online resource for Account Management that enables clients to submit orders, track the progress of existing orders, view order history, pre-qualify DSL eligibility, and more.
Order Entry - Submit orders online.
Especially helpful for high volume orders such as DSL, Local Loops, and Integrated T1, One Communications’ online ordering allows greater flexibility and puts you in the driver's seat. Orders can be reviewed and modified before final submission, and the order summary can be printed or saved via your web browser. All orders are assigned a tracking number (PON) that can be used to view the order's progress.
Order Status - Real time updates on all in progress orders.
Find out what is going on with any order, at any time. Search for and compile listings of orders by status. Obtain the knowledge you need to communicate progress to your customers.
Order History - Tracking capabilities for all your reporting needs.
Need to know how many orders were submitted last month? Searching for information on a cancelled order? Researching the orders of a particular End User?
