One Connect provides a wide range of online invoice features that save you time, enable you to analyze usage patterns, and uncover opportunities to reduce costs. You can view your current statement detail online anytime from anywhere, archive your invoices electronically (eliminating the need for paper archives) and access up to 13 previous invoices.

Now you can make online payments to your One Communications account with our One Connect online bill pay feature. Make secure, one-time or automatic monthly recurring payments from your credit card or bank account to pay your account.

With One Connect, you can search, sort, and track the status of your repair tickets online, and stay up to date on the progress in resolving your service issues and outages. View and print near real-time updates from the ticket summary for up to 30 days after close.
