One Communications One Connect Carrier Portal is a secure, online resource for Account Management that enables clients to submit orders, track the progress of existing orders, open trouble tickets and track status for each ticket, receive network notifications, view and extract invoices, and more.
Order Entry
Submit orders online.
Especially helpful for high volume orders such as DSL, Local Loops, and Integrated T1, One Communications online ordering allows greater flexibility and puts you in the driver's seat. Orders can be reviewed and modified before final submission, and the order summary can be printed or saved via your web browser. All orders are assigned a tracking number (PON) that can be used to view the order's progress. Clients can also download order information into .csv file format.
Order Status
Real time updates on all in progress orders.
Find out what is going on with any order, at any time. Search for and compile listings of orders by status. Obtain the knowledge you need to communicate progress to your customers.
Order History
Tracking capabilities for all your reporting needs.
Need to know how many orders were submitted last month? Searching for information on a cancelled order? Researching the orders of a particular End User? Order History allows you to query or sort by date submitted, End User name, tracking number (PON) allowing you to manage your orders with a single tool.
Ticket Entry
Submit tickets online for all One Communications Carrier standard services.
Submitting online allows greater flexibility and puts you in the driver’s seat. Tickets can be reviewed and entered to One Communications 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. All tickets will be assigned a ticket number that can be used to view online or to speak with One Communications repair team.

Real time updates on all existing and recently closed tickets (within 30 days after closure).
