Call Forwarding - Remote Access

Call Forwarding Remote Access allows you to activate and deactivate your Call Forwarding – All Calls from any location. Calls can follow you quickly and efficiently.

Below are the access phone numbers that you will need to use to forward your calls remotely. Please use the appropriate phone number for your particular city.

To activate Call Forwarding Remote Access

• Dial the Access number.
• Dial your ten-digit phone number that has the Remote Access feature.
• You will receive a confirmation on the number entered.
• If correct: Dial your personal identification code.
• If incorrect: Dial 0 and dial the Choice One phone number again.
• The audio prompt will ask you to dial the feature code for Call Forwarding. Dial *72.
• Then, the audio prompt will ask you to confirm your feature code by pressing the number 1.
• Next, you will be asked to enter the ten-digit destination phone number. Enter the phone number.
• The audio prompt will repeat your destination phone number. Press 1 to confirm the correct number.
• You will receive a confirmation tone to indicate that the calls have been forwarded.

To deactivate Call Forwarding Remote Access or to change the destination phone number

• Repeat all steps from dialing the access number through your personal identification code, and simply dial *73.
• Either change the phone number and complete the activation process, or hang up after you have pressed *73. Your phone will not be forwarded to any other location unless you activate Call Forwarding with a new phone number.

Note: Calls forwarded to a long distance or a cellular number will be billed at their respective rates through your provider for all call-forwarding products.
